TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Buyer – a fully capable individual who intends to order or purchase goods, or who orders, purchases, or uses goods exclusively for personal, family, household, and other non-business purposes, who has placed an order through the website https://ILWG.ru, by telephone, or by email, and has provided information (surname, first name, email address, telephone number) that may be used to process the Order. Such information is provided through registration on the website and/or during the Order process.

The Buyer may review the products offered, their descriptions and prices, select a product, choose a payment and delivery method, and place an Order for the selected product.

Product – shoes, bags, accessories, and other goods offered for sale in the Seller’s online store. Only products available in stock may be the subject of sale.

Order – a duly completed request by the Buyer for the purchase and delivery (or self-pickup) of Products selected in the Online Store.

2. ORDER TERMS

2.1 Applicable Law

The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation relating to retail sale and purchase agreements, the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Protection,” and other applicable legal regulations.

2.2 Acceptance of the Offer

Both registered and unregistered Buyers may place orders in the Online Store.

By placing an order by telephone, email, through the online order form, or by any other available method, the Buyer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the contents of the order and agrees to enter into a distance retail sales agreement (“Agreement”) with the Seller under these Order Terms.

2.3 Personal Account and Electronic Signature

When accessing the personal account on the website, the Buyer is authenticated by entering a confirmation code sent to the Buyer’s telephone number or by entering a password established by the User.

The Buyer is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from providing third parties with access to their personal account.

Any actions performed through an authenticated account shall be deemed to have been performed by the Buyer.

Electronic messages or statements signed using a simple electronic signature (login and password) shall be considered electronic documents equivalent to paper documents signed by hand.

2.4 Conclusion of the Agreement

Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of this Public Offer.

An individual shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of the Offer in full upon receipt by the Seller of the Buyer’s notification expressing intent to purchase goods under the Seller’s proposed conditions.

Upon acceptance, a retail sales agreement for the ordered goods is considered concluded and the individual acquires the status of Buyer.

The Buyer agrees that the Seller does not issue VAT invoices.

2.5 Delivery

Products are delivered through delivery partners engaged by the Seller.

Delivery providers reserve the right to perform deliveries directly or through partner companies.

2.6 Methods of Ordering

Orders may be placed:

• By other available methods.

2.7 Information Provided by the Buyer

When placing an order, the Buyer must provide complete, current, and accurate information, including:

The Seller shall not be liable for inaccuracies in information provided by the Buyer.

2.8 Incorrect Information

Providing knowingly false or incomplete information that prevents the Seller from contacting the Buyer regarding the Order shall be considered a unilateral refusal by the Buyer to accept the Offer and releases the Seller from any obligation to fulfill the Order.

2.9 Order Confirmation

After an Order is placed, the Buyer will receive notification that the Order has been accepted for processing via email or other available communication methods.

Calls may be made between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM local time in the Buyer’s region.

2.10 Product Information

Products are presented through photographs owned by the Online Store.

Each product image is accompanied by information including:

• Product name;
• Size range (if applicable);
• Price;
• Product description.

If the Buyer has questions regarding product characteristics before placing an Order, the Buyer may contact the Seller by telephone.

2.11 Order Cancellation by Seller

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an Order during the confirmation stage if:

• False personal information has been provided; or
• The Buyer fails to respond to requests for Order confirmation within 24 hours of placing the Order.

2.12 Product Unavailability

If a Product is unavailable, the Seller may remove it from the Order or cancel the Order and notify the Buyer accordingly.

2.13 Delivery Impossibility

If delivery cannot be completed due to temporary circumstances or other conditions affecting the delivery address, the Seller may cancel the Order and notify the Buyer.

2.14 Product Compliance

All Products offered in the Online Store are supported by the necessary authorization documents in accordance with Russian law.

Compliance is confirmed by certificates and/or declarations of conformity.

2.15 Product Service Life and Validity Period

No specific service life or shelf life has been established for the Products.

The offer to conclude a sales agreement remains valid only while the Product is available in stock.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By performing any action specified in Section 2 of this Offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data, including collection, recording, storage, updating, use, transfer to third parties, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”

Such personal data may include:

• Full name;
• Gender;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address;
• Delivery address;
• Passport details or other identification document information;
• Telephone number;
• Email address.

The Buyer also consents to receiving news, marketing communications, and customer service communications through the Online Store.

4. ORDER PRICE AND DELIVERY COST

All payments are made in Russian Rubles (RUB).

Product prices are displayed in the Online Store in RUB.

The total Order value consists of:

• The total cost of all ordered Products; and
• Delivery charges.

The Seller may change Product prices unilaterally; however, once an Order has been placed, the Product price for that Order shall not change.

Prepaid Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

Orders unpaid within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Order processing begins immediately after receipt.

Orders are shipped on the day following confirmation by the Buyer.

Delivery costs and delivery times depend on the destination region and selected delivery method.

6. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the Product and packaging for:

• Appearance;
• Material;
• Size;
• Quantity;
• Assortment;
• Completeness.

If no claims are made upon receipt, the Seller shall be deemed to have fully performed its obligations.

7. PAYMENT

The Seller accepts:

• VISA;
• MasterCard;
• MIR.

Refunds for Products of proper quality do not include reimbursement of return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within up to 10 calendar days from receipt of the Buyer’s request.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank.

8. RETURNS

The Buyer may refuse an ordered Product:

• At any time before receipt; and
• Within 14 days after receipt.

Products of proper quality may be returned provided that:

• They have not been used;
• Their commercial appearance is preserved;
• Consumer properties are preserved;
• Original packaging is retained;
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds are made to the same payment card used for the original transaction whenever applicable.

9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate personal information and keeping it up to date.

Warranty period:

• 10 days for all Products;
• 15 days for women’s handbags;

starting from the date the Product is received by the Buyer.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither Party shall be liable for partial or complete failure to perform obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from force majeure circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, including:

• Strikes;
• Floods;
• Fires;
• Earthquakes;
• Natural disasters;
• Wars;
• Military actions;
• Actions of governmental authorities.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiations.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
